Car Sourcing Service

Our car sourcing service helps you find and purchase a vehicle that meets your requirements:

• Service Fee: Our car sourcing service includes a fee which is built into the total price of the vehicle. You will never receive a separate invoice from us – the fee is simply part of the negotiated purchase price.
• Deposit: A deposit may be required to commence the search for your vehicle. This deposit is applied toward the service fee.
• Search Process: We will search for vehicles matching your specified criteria. We cannot guarantee how long it will take to find a suitable vehicle, as this depends on availability and your specific requirements.
• Vehicle Selection: You have the right to approve or reject any vehicle we present. We will continue searching until we find a vehicle you are happy with or you decide to discontinue the service.
• Purchase Decision: The final decision to purchase any vehicle rests entirely with you. We recommend you conduct independent inspections before committing to any purchase.

Sell Assist Service

Our sell assist service helps you sell your vehicle efficiently:

• Service Fee: Our selling service fee is deducted from the sale proceeds of your vehicle. You only pay if we successfully sell your car – no sale, no fee.
• Valuation: We will provide an estimated market value for your vehicle based on current market conditions. Actual sale price may vary depending on market demand and buyer negotiations.
• Marketing: We will market your vehicle through our network of dealers and buyers. You retain ownership of the vehicle until sale is completed.
• Sale Approval: You must approve any sale price before we proceed with the transaction.
• Vehicle Condition: You must accurately represent the condition of your vehicle. Any undisclosed defects or issues may affect the sale or result in post-sale disputes.

Finance Referral Service

We may refer you to third-party finance providers:

• Free Consultations: Our initial finance consultations are free of charge.
• Referral Only: We refer you to licensed finance providers. We do not provide credit ourselves and are not a credit provider.
• No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee finance approval, as this is subject to the lender's assessment criteria.
• Independent Advice: We recommend seeking independent financial advice before entering into any finance arrangement.

Your Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and any vehicle
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your requirements or circumstances
• Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive conduct
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay any agreed fees when due
• Treat our staff and representatives with respect

Payment Terms

• Deposits: Any deposits paid are non-refundable once we have commenced work on your behalf, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Service Fees: Full service fees are due as specified in your service agreement or upon completion of the relevant service.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as advised.
• Refunds: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If we genuinely cannot find a vehicle meeting your criteria, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Cancellation

You may cancel our services at any time by notifying us in writing. Please note:

• If you cancel after we have commenced work, any deposit paid may not be refundable
• If a vehicle purchase or sale is in progress, cancellation may not be possible without the agreement of all parties
• We reserve the right to discontinue services if you breach these terms or fail to cooperate with reasonable requests

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to SEQ Car Brokers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
• We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third parties, including vehicle sellers, buyers, or finance providers
• We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using our services

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEQ Car Brokers, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your breach of these terms
• Any inaccurate information you provide
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Any dispute between you and a third party

Dispute Resolution
